Become a Job Trainer

As a job trainer you will be able to coach students who are doing an internship with the company where you work. You will also be able to coach colleagues who are doing an MBO course while working.

How do you become a job trainer?

You can become a job trainer by taking a two-day training course at ROA CN. The course emphasis is on purposely coaching students or colleagues. The training is a combination of theory and practice. It is very interactive and easy for everyone to follow. The training courses are given in three languages; Papiamentu, Dutch and English.

As soon as you have successfully completed the training, you will be a recognized job trainer. You will receive a certificate, which will provide you with a nice photo opportunity as well! This certification is personal and valid for four years. Towards the end of the four years we will get in touch with you, because in order to maintain your certification, you will need to follow a refresher workshop at ROA CN.
